International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns of most unused items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following opened or used products:

- Barriers and condoms

These items may only be returned if sealed in original packaging with all hygiene seals intact.

- Package Securely – Return items in original packaging with all accessories

- Receive Refund – Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same process as returns
- Include a note specifying the replacement item (product name and SKU if possible)
- For exchanges of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference after return processing
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing (appears on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
